1. I tried to make a new account but it says it already exists. What do I do?

  • Each account is linked to a unique email address. To create a new account, you must use a unique email address and cell phone number.
  • If you have an existing account, go to the ‘Sign In’ tab and enter your email addresses to receive the email or text message to access the course – the Magic link!
  • Check your  inbox for the email to access the Lottery Terminal Essentials Program

2. How do I sign back in if I've already created an account?

3. I didn't receive the email. What should I do?

First, check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received it, please email support. Click here to email support.

4. I signed up with the wrong email or phone number. What now?

No worries! Create a new account with the correct email address and let the support team know about the duplicate account. Provide your name and correct email address so they can fix it. Click here to email support.

5. I’m using a shared computer and when I visit the signin-and-registration page it brings up the last user’s profile. How do I get to the Sign In and Registration page so I can create an account?

Log out of the existing profile and revisit Sign in/Registration page. Log out can be found in the top right corner of the homepage.

Profile

1. I made a mistake in my name. How can I fix it?

Reach out to support, and they will help you change your name. Click here to email support.

2. I selected the wrong store address. How do I change it?

Log in and go to your profile settings. From there, you can update your store location.

Courses

1. I completed the course and quizzes, but it still shows 0% completion.

To finish a course, you need to watch all lesson videos till the end and mark them as complete. Then, pass the quiz with at least 80%.

2. Why can't I skip or fast-forward videos?

You must watch all videos from start to finish for the system to recognize your participation.

3. How do I turn on subtitles?

Hover over the video and look for the ‘CC’ button. Click it, and you’ll see options for subtitles.

4. I can't see any courses. What should I do?

If you’re unable to see course cards, please email our support team for assistance. Click here to email support.

5. A course video won’t play – shows an error message. What should I do?

Try refreshing the page. If that doesn’t solve the issue, click here to email support.

6. How do I know if I've completed a course?

Check the progress bar on the course card. If you don’t see it, please email our support team. Click here to email support.

7. If I fail a course quiz, what should I do?

If you fail, click “Restart Quiz” to try again. You can redo the quiz anytime.
Hint: tap the “View Questions” button to review your quiz results.

8. How do I skip lessons within a course?

Lessons must be completed in order, so you can’t skip ahead until you’ve watched all videos.
